BDA Dental Radiography Course
This flexible online course is designed to support qualified dental nurses in developing the knowledge and competence required to safely take dental radiographs under current legislation. The programme is delivered through structured online learning, allowing you to study at your own pace, with additional tutor support available via email and telephone.
From enrolment, you will receive full access to all course modules, alongside clear guidance on how to work through the content, complete your assessments, and prepare for the final examination.
You will also benefit from dedicated tutor support, available daily between 09:00 and 21:00, ensuring you are fully supported throughout your learning journey.
Upon successful completion of the BDA Radiography qualification, dental nurses will be able to act as IR(ME)R operators under prescription, enabling them to safely take intra-oral and extra-oral radiographs in line with current legislation. This qualification enhances your clinical competence, strengthens your professional profile, and adds significant value to your dental practice.
