Certificate in Mentoring – Course Overview
This course is aimed at mentors and witnesses who want to support their colleagues during their training in dental nursing and post-registration duties. It allows mentors and witnesses to be able to understand the course their colleague is undertaking and how they can further support them while in practice. It also demonstrates how to complete competent witness evidence for the RoE/RoC. This course is a valuable addition to support continued professional development.
