Practice Manager Course
The Practice Manager Course is a flexible online learning programme designed to support dental professionals in developing the knowledge, confidence, and leadership skills required to effectively manage a dental practice. Available at Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3, the course offers learners the opportunity to study at introductory, intermediate, or executive level depending on their experience and career goals. The programme includes regular modules, MCQ assessments, and ongoing tutor support, allowing learners to study at their own pace around existing work commitments.
The course covers a wide range of key subjects including the foundations of dental practice management, HR and people management essentials, compliance, risk and regulations, financial management and business planning, patient journey management, and leadership, communication, and change management. Learners will develop both practical and theoretical knowledge that can be applied directly within the workplace to support the effective running of a dental practice.
Throughout the programme, learners will receive regular tutor guidance, feedback, and support to help build confidence and ensure progression throughout the course.
Upon successful completion, learners will have developed the skills and understanding needed to confidently support or lead the management of a dental practice. You will be working as a trainee dental nurse in a clinical setting while completing your portfolio of evidence (PoE) and assessments.
